- 1. Download AnyDesk:
- Open your browser (Chrome/Firefox/Edge/Safari etc.) and go to the official AnyDesk website: com/downloads

- Click on “Download” and wait until the file is fully downloaded.
- 2. Start AnyDesk
- Find the downloaded file (usually 'AnyDesk.exe').

- AnyDesk starts automatically – no installation is required.
- 3. If someone wants to connect to your device
- Give the helper the nine-digit address that appears at the top of the AnyDesk window under "This Desk."
- As soon as a connection request comes in, a window will pop up asking if you want to allow the connection.
- Always verify that it's the correct person and only click "Accept" (Zulassen) if you trust the person.
! Important ! Nobody can connect to your computer without your explicit permission—every connection must be manually approved.
